Hannah recently graduated from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, where she completed her Masters in Arts in Education.  She immersed herself in her studies, seeking to deepen her knowledge about the practices of equitable education through the art of theatre and storytelling. 

 

At school, Hannah interned in the Children's Programming department at WGBH Boston, and was the co-founder of the workshop, a new student organization through the Graduate School of Education , that strives to create a space, both physical and intellectual, for the entire Graduate community at Harvard to explore the intersections of diverse fields of study through theatre and storytelling.

ABOUT

       Hannah is a Chicago-native director, actor, writer and teaching artist.   A Jeff-Nominated actor, Hannah has been seen on stage with Drury Lane Theatre, The Hypocrites, Mercury Theater, Griffin Theater, and BoHo Theater, among many others.   She is a Hypocrites Community member, graduate of the improv program at iO theater in Chicago and is represented by Actors Talent Group.

        As a director, she has worked with Chicago Shakespeare Theatre, Drury Lane Theatre, Windy City Playhouse, The Music Theatre Company, Theo Ubique Cabaret Theatre to name a few.  She was a member of the Lincoln Center Theatre Director's Lab in 2015 and as well as the 2014 Stage Directors and Choreographers Observership Class. 

       Hannah is passionate about arts education and has been a teacher with Chicago Children's Theatre, Skyline Studios, Stage and Screen Day Camp, with a special place in her heart for performing and directing TYA. 

       Hannah is a Zumba instructor, a yoga-practitioner, loves climbing trees and drinking chai tea lattes.  Proud Northwestern University graduate.
